Dr. Paolina Centonze received her Ph.D. in Mathematics and M.S. degree in Computer Science from New York University in 2008 and 2005, respectively, and her Bachelor of Science degree Summa Cum Laude from St. John’s University, New York in 2003.

She is a subject matter expert with strong communication skills and 20 years of industry and academic experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and mobile computing.

She has been a Tenured Professor and the Managing Director of the renowned Cybersecurity Program at IONA University, New Rochelle, New York since 2011. Formerly, she was a Research Staff Member in the Department of Cybersecurity at the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center, New York, where she worked for five years.

She designed five novel cybersecurity and optimization solutions, integrated in the IBM Security AppScan Source Edition product. Dr. Centonze received 32 industry and academic awards.
